Last week end 17/18 of March under the auspices of Jean Yves Lozach, Steel a Gogo & myself, we had our first & not the last 2007 Steel Guitar Get Together

Harry "King Kalapana" Hougassian was our guest of Honor

Crowbear, what brand of non pedal steel is Tam playing. looks like a framus. also what are the things hanging from the end of the guitar. Jack

you're right Jack, it's a Framus
it seems like each string has a lever that alters the note
Tam was flippin' em while he played just like we push pedals

Hey Crowbear,
Looks like a great time was had by all! And did I see correctly that a little Schmitt already has his license to drive a steel????

I sure hope one of these days you and Momma 'Bear make it to the St. Louis or Dallas show! You have quite a few fans here on the Forum who haven't met you in person. I'll bring the champaign and chocolates - and my own possum!!
