I was having a problem with my new Carter breaking strings almost every day and it also had a distortion problem. I took it back into Carter and now no more problems. Wa La! Its magic!
No really Bud replaced the E-66 with a 10-1 I think and changed the String changer and in 5 days no more problems! Wa La! Its magic! Tone is great. The band noticed it on the 1st song Sat night at the Stagecoach and said this, did you get another steel. Its sounds great. I said no just practiced a bit! It's all in the hands HA! HA!
