My Apologies to TSGA

Post by Jody Cameron »

I'm sorry I had to cancel my set on the Dallas show. I was en route, when I got really sick with vomiting, etc. and had to go home.

Thanks to the TSGA for inviting me to play.

Hey Jody...I was wondering what happened to ya  ..I was really looking forward to visiting with ya. I hope that you get to feel lots better real soon. I was going to have you autograph the CD that you gave me a couple of years ago and also autograph my program. Oh well...Hopefully next year.

Oh by the way...It is official...We will be having the Texas Steel Guitar Jamboree across the HWY at the Sheraton. Just across the Bridge from where it has been for the last humpteen years. Anyway, Get well soon!

Jody, I was really looking forward to hearing you in Dallas. Hope you're feeling better. However, 2 consolations were that Mr Mullen wasn't there and we got to see and hear Norm Hamlet with Jr. Knight on lead and Mr. Buck Grantham with none other than Russ Hicks on lead. Missed you, but got a prize anyway. The whole show was great. All the rooms were fantastic.
