Look to me like a D-8 Fender Stringmaster; in front of some sorta Keyboard he is actually playing.

He uses it as a music stand to hold his lyric sheets. Donnie Herron of BR549 is playing steel with him now, but I think that he has been doing this since before Donnie joined him. By the way, anyone with access to XM radio should check out his "Theme Time Radio Hour". He proves to be an excellent and very amusing old style DJ and plays lots of very cool old records.

Bob is holding a thermal pizza box warmer.
He has a part-time job as a delivery boy.

There's no money in the singer-songwriter biz (thank God).

I saw Dylan & Willie in Ft Lauderdale a year or so ago and he had the D8 music stand in front of his keyboard then too. These 2 grainy pics are from that concert.

You can see the Stringmaster on the left side of the stage.
Don Herron is standing on the right, and you can see his Gibson Consolette beside him.

And this is from a concert several years ago:

He probably digs looking at it. I can relate . .

I just saw Dylan's show and he never touched the strings on the Stringmaster. He never picked up a guitar for that matter. Danny Herron and the rest of his band is fantastic!
Danny played PSG and non-PSG.

Ditto on the "singer-songwriter" thing.
