I just wanted to invite anyone who's in the Suffolk, Virginia area to stop by the Red Apple Restaurant on Route 13 on the south side of town any Saturday from 5:30 to 8:30. I'll be on steel and lead guitar with the "Cain't Hardly Playboys" which includes Don Yount on bass and vocals, and Barry Fedesco on electric rhythm guitar and vocals. We also have "Little Lonnie" on drums who's a great little Zoom electric drummer. We do a variety of classic country and oldies rock & pop. Barry's an Italian cowboy so we do our share of Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra tunes. Hope to see you there.....JH in Va.

Hi Jerry, I know the place well. If I weren't gigging this weekend, I'd love to catch you there. You always manage to
create some excitement on whatever instrument you're on.
Incidentally, I jammed with your illegitimate dad, Kenny Dail,
Wednesday night. He was all over that Rick as usual. Hi to
all your gang. We really enjoy when you come down to our jams.

Yeah Ron, my sister and brother in law live in Goochland County (Gum Spring) and we go up there every month or two. We were just there last Monday and Tuesday and went to Billy Cooper's store on Tuesday. There's another steeler (David Nugent) who lives about a quarter mile up the road from my relatives. Do you know Teddy Lloyd? I've known him for a long time now.

Clyde, thanks for the kind words! I main reason I like to come to those jams in Jerry D's garage is to get to see you up close and try to steal some of your stuff. Glad to hear ol' Kenny's still out there, I need to call him as I've neglected him a bit lately and he's a jewel and a good friend!.........JH in Va.
