I obviously missed a few when I wrote the poll. I knew I would, That's why I added "Other".
Folks, please don't reply with your brand of guitar unless you clicked "Other". When the poll is over, I'll post a tally of the complete results including the "Other" guitars.
I find it fascinating that 5 have named Fender as their MAIN instrument - which makes me wonder how many others use one as a second guitar, or keep one around for special purposes.
It'd be great if all those part-time Fender players jumped over to the Fender forum b0b set up just to chime in with "I play one too" just to get an overall view. Maybe it's just been too hard to find
No chops, but great tone

1921 Weissenborn Style 2; Hilo&Schireson hollownecks

I (attempt to!) play a "Morrison" S-10 3+3 that was built by my pal Ray Morrison, formerly of Kamloops BC. It is built to look somewhat like an old Sho-Bud finish-wise with nice inlays of wood "diamonds". I helped out a little in it's construction, milled the wood neck, polished pieces etc...
Ray has built a dozen or so PSGs over the years, always working on perfecting his changer mechanism and homewound pickup. (He's built both push/pull and all pull designs, mine's all pull). He's probably not very well known outside of western Canada but those who own a "Morrison" PSG like them....(And he's a great restorer and all around PSG repair guy)
I've lost track of him over the years dang it. Are you out there Ray?

I just want to say that I enjoy playing my Emmons p/p. However I had just placed an order for a brand new Lamar U-12 keyless Jeff Newman stup. This guitar comes with the new "STRAIGHT PULL CHANGER", something new from Lamar. This guitar should be ready by July of this year. I'll let you know when it comes.
thanks
Carlos
