This guitar is an awesome first steel guitar. It was the guitar I learned on.
It sounds great, keeps tune, and plays really well.
Comes with hard case, and a tuning wrench.
Was rebuilt just last year by Jim at Steel Guitars of North County - I bought the BMI from him, and its been in good hands ever since.
(just the guitar for sale - nothing else pictured)
asking $1000 shipped US only

Hey Tim, I don't see where that would be a "beginners" guitar or "first guitar"........The BMI is a very well made instrument and is as good as anything out there. I have a BMI S-12 which I've beat pretty hard and after 16 or 17 years it's in better shape than my old ShoBud which I bought new and had for around 12 years. Also, I got my BMI used at Scotty's convention in the consignment room. I think this would be a very good "Pro" guitar for anyone with maybe one more knee lever. If I played a 10 string I'd probably buy it myself but I like those two extra strings. Your S-10 looks exactly like mine except for the extra strings and pedals I have....JH in Va.
Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!!
