PayPal Not Secure Either
Recently I purchased a copy of Ted Greene's Chord Chemistry on ebay from a high positive feedback seller and purchased through Paypal. Seller stated that Paypal froze HIS account after my funds were recieved. Neither the seller or Paypal, or ebay would get my money refunded. As of today i have been denied any compensation from either party...FYI
