D-10 Pro II Sho Bud Surratt/Marrs Rebuild 8/4 - Reduced

Post by David Levitsky »

This is a wonderful axe rebuilt by Jeff about two years ago. 8/4 with the Emmons setup.

I've put about 40 hours on it so it's basically mint after being restored - never gigged. It's just too much guitar for me and at the rate I'm going I won't be on C6 until 2108.

The guitar combines the best of both worlds - new high quality changer, rewound original pickup for that sho bud sound, and a really really nice refinishing job. It's a great guitar.

Asking $2800 firm Cashiers or Paypal but would consider partial trades on an S-10 Emmons or other brand or a good F-5 Mandolin. 48 hour approval - you'll like it though :-)

Music hath the charm to soothe a savage beast, but I'd try a 10mm first.

I bought a Gold Tone reso from David before he joined the forum. In my experience he's trustworthy, and the reso was in better condition than he described.

Just in case there's any question about character.
My rig: Infinity and Telonics.

Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg?
