I've never seen one, but vaguely remember some conversation about this strange model Kay Wood Amplifying guitar.

Cool looking guitar. It probably doesn't sound very good though. The wood "resonator" is just cosmetic, and is glued to the top of the guitar. This one would make an excellent wall hanger.
