New tuners on Dobro

I have a slot head, square neck dobro.. The tuners (3 per side- inline) are pretty crappy. but hold tune, they are just not a close ratio.
Any suggestions about replacements? Will individual Grovers work?

The new Grovers are really nice and work with the standard 1-3/8" spacing.
They are 18:1 (pretty 'slow') BTW.
