Don, There is a strong possibility that I might be coming to Florida in February and if I do I would like to play on the show. I've played one of them and I really enjoyed it. If it comes about Donna Jackson will be with me and possibly a couple more steel players from Nashville. It is all in the thinking stage at this time and what I need is the persons name and email address I should contact about the show. Can you provide me with that information? Thanks, Scotty at scotty@scottysmusic.com |

Scotty, you can contact me, if you all get down here in Feb. We will have a club meeting/jam on Feb 14 and we are having a show, that showcases the club members, on Feb 24th.
Both of these are at Catfish Johnny's restaurant - where we held the Hall of Fame fundraising show a couple of years ago.
Let me know ahead of time. e-mail fireberd@hotmail.com

Scotty thanks for your post.
As Jack has requested it is best to deal with him as he needs to work out any and all details with Catfish Johnny.

We will need a rhythm guitar picker for the backup band. Tom Murphy can't make it this month due to other commitments.
There is a stage guitar available (a Peavey Predator, strat copy). |

Mike, this time of the year is a good time to take a "trip" to Florida
It's "cool" today as it's only forecasted to be 65, but 70's tomorrow and 80 by the weekend. |

We had a good crowd I would say about 135, they did really enjoy the music, the players olayed well and Jack Dougherty played my Carter and 112, and sounded better than he does on his Walker, several others thought so to. Will post link to Pics tomorrow if I have time.
