2 GFI's for sale

Post by Matt Wilson »

Happy New Year everyone!

I'm selling my GFI's to help pay for my new Ultra.

The first one is: a newer (not sure of date maybe 2004ish?) GFI economy/student model. I think its the S-10SM. Single neck 10 string. Its all black with the GFI II George L pickup. Its set up with 3 pedals and 2 knees. Comes with the original case which is in excellent shape.

this is #1. Sorry its the only photo I can find of it right now and its currently set up at my rehearsal space.

The second one is: a 1992 GFI SD-10. 10 string single neck with pad. I haven't seen many of these and the ones i have are always just the single neck. Its also all black but with the chrome type trim. Its really great shape. Has original case and leg bag that are both in great shape. It really hasn't been played much in a while so it could use a set up but everything works.

edit: The 2nd GFI one of the 2 pickup mounting screws is broken. The overal pickup height is fine but will probably need to be fixed at some point.

I'll post more photos of the other one and the cases.

More descriptions...Ks & pedals? prices? picture looks like the beginner model, but I see 4 KLs & what looks like a pad. Both steels are black I gather from your post? Maybe the other pictures will explain, but still give us the prices?

#1: has 3 pedals and 2 knees. These sell new for $900-$1095 I think. So I'd ask $750 for a starting point.

#2: has 3 pedals and 4 knees. I'm open to offers. I really have no idea what #2 is worth because I haven't seen any like it for sale.

I am interested in the 2nd GFI 3+4 and pad. Let me know what you bottom dollar is and I'll let you know. A little concerned about the broken pickup screw. Is that something I can get a replacement part.
Thanks
Dan

Hey I can see its not but I am sure it looks just like it without the pad in a single body. $750.00 is a good price and I would buy it at that price. Paypal an option??
