Ray, Bruce Bouton played on several of the Ricky Skaggs albums. Some of the tunes he played on are

Highway 40 Blues
You May See Me Walkin'
One Way Rider
Uncle Pen
Crying My Heart Out Over You
Heartbroke
One Way Rider
Country Boy
Something In My Heart
Low And Lonely

He's a super picker. Also seems to be a pretty nice guy from what I gather from our counversations.

The video covers tuning the pedal steel, including all the pedals and levers. He goes on to talk about how to hold the bar correctly, how to get good vibrato, picking techniques with the right hand including palm blocking and pick blocking. He shows several exercises to get your picking up to speed. Shows several single note as well as harmonized scales and ways to practice them. He also goes through a few songs and how to play them.

If you're a beginner, there's plenty of stuff on the video that will be of interest to you. And if you already play some, this tape may open your eyes to some new ideas.
