Audio on HSGA website - format poll.
I have been providing two audio formats for the music on the HSGA website. These are mp3 and Windows Media (Real Audio is still there on some of the older tunes).
I am thinking of providing only mp3 from this point forward. My reasoning is that mp3 is a universal format that can be played on all media players. No need to take up disk space if it's not necessary.
Thoughts?

Yep! Mp3 works on any 'media player' or Pc operating system. It's easy to download & save by putting cursor on the link or Mp3 button and do 'save as'. Also very universal! Real Player is a pain (it wants to take over your PC ..ugh!) My vote definitely for Mp3 format.Appreciate yours ...keep up the good work! dan
[This message was edited by Dan Peterson on 31 January 2006 at 10:07 AM.]

Because I use Mac almost exclusively, I prefer ..Moving Picture Experts Group 1. Layer 3.
But you really DID expect me to say it that way, didn't you?, after all, they say "don't ask Basil the time, He'll tell you how to build 'Big Ben'"
