Hello Doyle
We need more information about the Bassman. What year is it? What is the model number? What is the overall condition? Is it complete with speaker cabinet, or just a head? If it is complete, what is the size of the speaker cabinet, Large 2 12 or small 2 12 & what kind of speakers are in it? Are there any covers?
I have seen these sell in a range of $100.00 to $250.00 depending on year, model, condition ect.

The Bassman are about 50 watts. The Blackface
amps after 1966 and the Silverface amps to about 1969 can easily be converted back to
the AA864 specs. The AA864 circuit seems to
one of the better circuits for bass and lead
guitar. Of course these are just my opinions.
I have had this conversion done to my '67
Bassman years ago and its well worth it.

After Mid 68 the bassman changed circuits. Mostly to change the bias control. They all sound about the same until about 1970 when some more changes were made. So 65-69 will all very very simular in tone.
Siverface heads go for 250-400 range and Blackface heads go for 350-600 range.
Very little tone difference between A165 and the 68/69 changes.
Hope this helps
