drop outs have been so bad all weekend it's not really worth listening. Sometimes there's 10min. of streaming - but rare.
I remember the 2003 internet broadcast - rock solid. I was on DSL then. I do understand there are always technial issues.
I know it's a trade off for providing it streaming live vs. having people there - but reality is we can't all afford to go every year. And if you had everyone there that listens in - there aint' enough room at the Inn.
Tell you what - if you could engineer it such that it came over my cable on demand, or satelite radio, or streamed it such that it was rock solid - I'd pay the $65 for three days of live steel!!
Put it in the digital streaming theatres (Carmike) - you'd triple your paying audience! Trick would be to make sure you showed it like if you were in the audience and limit the commentary.
With the small audience potential - it's prob. not worth the expense - NASCAR or U2 live in theatres will get a ROI - a small music convention won't.
oh well - I'll just save my pennies and try and come to STL again next year.

Hi Fiona,
I tried to speak via MSN to a friend of mine staying at the Millennium Hotel, with great difficulty. He told me later the hotel server was on the blink all weekend. Perhaps it's the Millennium IT people we should complain too, or perhaps forget it and go to the Irish festival....
All the best
Mark
