How do I record or download what is being played on an internet streaming station like steel radio or others?

I use a shoutcast streaming tool (url below).
Works for me sometimes, just plug in the IP and port. It even separates songs into separate files. Please note that I am not connected with this site. I am just passing it along as a way to download audio streams onto your PC.
You might also try www.shoutcast.com. Lots of streams there.
