How do I listen to Steel guitar radio?

I'm lookin' all over for instructions on how to use the station.What am I missing?

Phil,
For me it was just a matter of downloading Winamp (lite version), and then clicking on the link, and then clicking on the play button.
I followed the instructions listed on Scottys site.
I live in Portland also.
Let me know if you need further help.

Pete, are you able to see the playlist with WinAmp Lite?

It seems to catch the name of the song (and artist name) of whatever song is playing when I first connect.
That same name stays in the title box the entire time I'm logged on to steel radio.
I haven't pursued trying to find out if I can get it to show every tunes name/artist, but I agree, it would be nice to see a play list in real time.
I generally click on the Winamp icon and can see it opening the web page. Then I hit the play button, and it buffers for about 5-10 seconds, then starts playing. I let it run in the backgound while I cruise the web.
Also, it doesn't sound as Hi-Fi as I had hoped. I sounds mono, and sometimes it sound like one of the solo's is way back in the mix. I probably have something set wrong.
Does yours sound Hi-Fi?
