Rich,
most people(if not all) were having a problem getting to the www.steelradio.com page. Perhaps the webmaster has it password protected. I was able to link to the broadcast by using www.shoutcast.com playlist. I was also able to hook up at www.wkrp.fm. I used WINAMP. Thanks for everything.

Here it is 2001 and we all feel like we're watching the lunar landing. Image

Erik...We have had several people mail us with that info...Guarantee we will find out what the problem is and get it corrected...We were down to the wire getting it up and running for Convention and probably overlooked a lot of stuff...In the meantime just keep going to WKRP.FM to get in if you need too...Thanks for the input...

Rich, thank you for bringing us the Convention. I had some problems with it but caught quite a bit of it and this evening I got to hear John Hughey play and then just a little bit ago I heard the interview with him. John Hughey was the highlight of my trip to St Louis last year and it was a real treat to hear him today again. Wish we could have been there but this was almost as good. Thanks again Rich and all the guys who took part in this wonderful venture.

Boy, did my son get aggravated with me over the weekend. I wouldn't let him have the computer. Actually by the end of the weekend he was listening with me. Man, just out of this world. The blend on the sound was fantastic. Can't say enough about steelradio.com. This was one of nicest Laborday weekends ever. Next best thing to being there...Pat

Pat...Thanks for the nice words. Bill Ferguson and the sounds guys did a great job this year. We got the feed from them and sent the sounds out as they came from Bill and the guys. Glad your Son enjoyed listening with you. There was so much great playing and we are happy we could be a part of such a great event. We will be back up and running no later than Tue 6:00 PM CST and of course we will be inputting more great sounds. Again thanks to all the great folks here at the forum for keeping us informed what was going on. And special thanks to Bobby Lee for having the forum for all of us to communicate to each other.

Hi Rich...just wanted to say thanks for doing us all such a great sevice!

I was wondering if there was any chance that you recorded any of the performances at the show that you could re-broadcast on your radio station? Due to my gig schedule last weekend (and alot of buffering on my internet connection), I missed alot of great stuff. What I did hear was outstanding though! Thanks again.

Rick...I know a lot of people who missed a lot of great music because of gigging. The entire convention was archived and it will be up to Scotty if we rebroadcast portions of the show. Thanks for the support and hope we get to do some more great steel guitar shows in the future.
