I went out Honky Tonkin' and hit a little road house south of Kansas City last night where I caught Forum member Darryl Logue behind the steel guitar. This video pretty much says it all.

I hope to be posting more real soon.

David, thanks for your kind comment on the camera work. I did this with a small pocket digital camera (one of these days I'll have to get a real camera for this kind of stuff)

Of course the video is from a steel guitar perspective, unlike the country videos we see on T.V. with only quick shot of the steel, if any.

Makes me hungry to move back to KC and hit the honky tonks again. But, after 23 years in KC, in places such as the "Jackson Ho" (on 12th street) and other "high class joints" maybe it's better that I'm in Florida.

Darryl nice work. You sound great.

Looking forward to playing Friday at Davey's. It should be a good show. I think we are gonna start @ 9:30.

I'm glad to see Jaudon make it's YouTube debut. I use to visit Jaudon Roadhouse back in the late 70's n early 80's when it was Maggies. My Dad use to let us boys play the Pinball while he played the Jukebox. I can still hear Bobby Bare-Pour Me Another Tequila Shelia, Waylon-Honky Tonk Heros and George Jones-Her Name was #$%^ playing everytime I walk in that Joint.

CYA Tuesday Night.

Thanks for the post Colm.
