Herby is a great player and a great showman. He always worked hard and came prepared to the seminars I attended. I first saw him with Nat Stuckey and Herby played for a good hour before the show and the guitar player just sat there and watched not being able to find all the chords and know all the songs in Herby's huge repetoire. If you see Herby live you can appreciate the way he works the foot volume so smoothly.
Joe, the sound and picture were really close to being in sync compared to most YouTube videos. That sure made this more enjoyable to watch!

I had the pleasure of hearing Herby play
this weekend in Norwalk. Despite his recent
stroke he is now back in form and still sounds great. I also got a chance to talk with him at the Mullen booth. He is a real nice guy, and I got to try the Mullen "Herby Wallace model". Beautiful guitar and the easiest pedal action I've ever played.
