I want to recommend to my bro in Waco
that he take up the lap steel as a hobby in his retirement, but first I want to see if there is someone around that part of Texas that can teach him. Thanks.

Check the music stores in Waco for information on teachers.

People that I know that could teach live too far from Waco.
