Check out the forum catalog, for the Four Giants. I bought the tape from the forum a while ago. Tom Cattin' on the tape is just about identical to the youtube version (IMHO), which is easy to find. On youtube, you can see to some extent the fretboard positions that Tom used way back then.
I already saved that youtube video. It may not be around long. If you do a search, you'll find it.

There is a tab book for 'Tom cattin' - I was looking at it last evening - I think it was a Tom Bradshaw book - maybe check with Scotty. |

Watched the video - fun tune and it really looks like it's straightforward enough to learn through repeated listening/copying - and sink in better that way as well. Tab isn't always the best way to learn - you end up just knowing exact licks/phrases and can lose the "feel" of the song. |

Here you go...
Al Brisco up at Steel Guitar Canada has the tab for the entire "Tom Cattin'" CD on this page (Remember, the price show is Canadian Dollars).
When you get the web page, just scroll down until you see it - listed under Tom Brumley.

He also has the "Tom Cattin'" CD for sale on a different page (I just recently bought the CD from him so I know that he has them in stock). Here's the page that offers the CD as well as the cassette. http://www.steelguitarcanada.com/cdcass/casscd.htm
