Many weeks ago, I ordered from Steel Guitar Nashville a Dobro simulator that somehow never arrived. Hey, it happens with the best of them. When Bobbe was offering the same item on sale some weeks later, I ordered it again, mentioning that the first order had gone awry. Bobbe apologized profusely, but somehow the new order likewise fell through a crack. When I got an e-mail from Bobbe on Monday last, inquiring if the matter had ever been resolved, I answered in the negative, but did so reluctantly because by now I was short on cash and couldn't cover a replacement order without going in the hole. Two days later, simultaneously with a Fedex tracking notice, I received word from Bobbe that he was sending the simulator free of charge to make up for the earlier mixups! Mind you, this isn't some little string-winder or toe-nail clipper; it's an item that retails for upwards of $400! Is he a classy guy or what?!! Thank you, sir! You are, indeed, a gentleman!

I agree completely - Bobbe has to make bushels of money playing or through investments, because he is so giving the way he runs SGN it must just be his tax writeoff!

Bobbe is a great guy and always will be. Tom Bradshaw told me about him and said he's a great guy. And from reading alot i have read here about Bobbe and all the times he has helped others. Just gose to show you that he cares about everyone, and the hopes and dreams everyone has at playing PSG. I will always have total respect for this man. And i am in great company as so many others here Respect him just as much. And to go to bed each night knowing that people respect you that much has to feel great knowing you earned all that respect from being the kind of person you are. And to me that totals up to nothing short than a 110% class act.

Thank You Bobbe
