| Looking for a roommate to share Percy Priest Lake area townhouse condominium. Good location twenty minutes from Music Row/Downtown. No kids or pets, smoking okay outside. $300 a month plus half utilities. Interested parties please post replies here. |

Hey Michael, I know a young girl about 22 with a perfect voice and has a beautiful figure and she loves to cook and loves to clean and wait on musicians even more but she can only handle 100.00 a month. Would you be interested in her as a room mate oh I also forgot to mention she loves to drink beer and fetch them for musicians while she grills out steaks. Oh yeah I meant to say that she only charges 100.00 a day sorry for the confusion  Good luck with your room mate. I thought you could use a bump so I added a little humor along with it (very little)

Well Michael..I dont smoke ...but if you want to pay me 300 a month to come share...well I wouldnt mind. Got room for an Emmons..couple of Dobros...few acoustics and a Strat?......How far from Lower Broadway are we talking........and would it be OK for Smiley and his Dog Sho-Bud to sleep on the floor?
