Just have to say thanks to Jerry Fessenden, one of the greatest guys you ever want to do business with. Jerry volunteered to build my special left handed U12 10x9 when no one else wanted to tackle the job. I can't say how happy and proud I am with it, it plays and sounds super.
It is so nice to be able to change the pull ratio's at the belcrank by just pushing forward on the changer finger to give enough slack in the pull rod to pop it out of one slot and into whichever one you want to change to. Takes every bit of 5 to 10 seconds.
Not only has he done a great job on the guitar but he's always ready to give any support you might need.
Thanks Jerry, I consider you a great guy and a good friend.
Winston

That steel is already getting lots of attention here in Gulfport. Really excited for Winston. I knew my friend, Jerry, would build him a great steel guitar. Ready for him to show it off on Aug 5th. Thanks to all.

The above posts are right on. Jerry builds a great guitar, but he is also a nice guy. It's too bad there are no killer Mexican restaurants in his part of town. He should come to Denver for a visit.

Chuck, you have him pegged, he loves Mexican food. He and Lyn drove from the steel convention in Dallas to Odessa, Texas where my wife and I were working and we ate at Margurita's. We both had tears running down our cheeks from the salsa. BOY WAS IT HOT!!!! He loves their Chile Verde.

I consider Jerry one of my best friends. I have learned a lot from Jerry and he's always been there for me. He hides no secrets and is very open about all aspects of steel building. If anyone is interested in a plow truck, Jerry has a fleet of them!!
Thanks for everything Jerry !!! Tom

Jerry is a really great guy. I love my Fessy, and wouldn't trade it for anything. He builds great guitars, and really knows his stuff. I've called him several times, and he is one of the nicest guys I've talked to. He always makes time to talk, and is really helpful when ordering parts. I hope you like your Fessenden as much as I like mine.
