Hal Rugg's Pedal Set Ups

Does anyone know how the Late Hal Rugg had his pedal set ups for the E9th/C6th necks?

I want to do some experimentation with what he done to achieve some things.

Any help will be appreciated. I know he had some high string changes on both e9th/c6th necks.
