Question For Paul Franklin

I just purchased the "All The Roadrunning" album by Mark Knopfler and Emmy Lou Harris. There is a low growling instrument that sounds like a pedobro on "Red Staggerwing" but no player is listed, was that you?. Also you are listed as the steeler on "This is Us"; the only steel I can hear(which may be a sad reflection of my musical perception) is right at the end when the piano comes in during the outro at the very end of the song was that all you played?
