I met some fellow forumites and steel players at the Spring-Fling and Little Opry show Saturday. Thanks to Country Jack, Billy Henderson, Mr Andy Hinton and all who invited my wife and I to the show Saturday evening and night. They are fine pickers, and some of the nicest folk you'd ever want to meet.
Just to name a few of the steel pickers--
Mr Billy Henderson, Mr Andy Hinton, Mr Lavelle pierce, Mr Charlie Moore, Mr Jimmy Lewis, who also is a very good guitar picker, Mr Ken Rollans, Who got me to wanting an E-bow.(got to have one!)and my good friend Bro Hal Higgins. and there were several more there I just can't remember all their names. And Country Jack can sing as good as anybody I've heard,great Host! and Mr and Mrs Russell, who worked very hard to get the show up and running. Enjoyed meeting all of ya'll and hope to see ya'll again in June.
