Time for the next "Clip Of The Week"!

Last week's clip was Sanger D. "Whitey" Shafer singing "Who's A Fool", with Pete Drake on steel.

This week's clip can be found at www.austriansteelguitar.at.tf (on the "Sounds" page).

Have fun!

Kind Regards, Walter

Roger's at the TSGA show but I know the singer is Dottsie - She is living in Seguin, Tx and is involved in the Historical Society there. Once in a while she'll sing at a charity show but she is quite the society lady and a real sweet person. If Roger were here he' more than likely be able to tell you the steeler.

Hi Judy,

Dottsy did a great version of "Storms Never Last", with Weldon Myrick on steel, but this one is a different version...by one of my all-time favorite singers...

Kind Regards, Walter

I'll think about it. I know that didn't quite sound like Weldon. But she sure has Dottsie down to a T.

Walter , Is that Connie Smith? She's Roger's all time favorite girl singer. You don't have to tell me until you'vd had other guesses. Surprise me - I'll be looking forward to the answer.
