List of Chords and formulas wanted
I am looking for a list of all chord variations with their formulas, also of complex or "advanced" chords:
Like:
from "X"dom7 = 1, 3, 5, b7
to "X"13b9 = b7, 1, b9, 3, 13 and variations and so forth.
Maybe somebody knows a website to refer to.
Thanks... J-D

Thanks CrowBear and Jack.
What I was looking for was the complete spelling in numbers of every usable chord (and from all the suggestions here, I think I got it now). The issue was that some chords may at times include ninths or flat sevents which are not written at the chord. I also needed to see all b9th and b5th chord again.
What I am trying to do is a chord locator sheet for my latest 12 string non-pedal tuning, which is a cross between JB's C6th/A7th and Maurice Andersons non-pedal tunings, and see if I get all I need to go home with happy.
Jerry, I will come to Florida and get some sand in my shoes late Spring (if you still know what that is) or early Summer for a couple of weeks... I'll be in Dallas too because somebody made me an offer I can't refuse. Yes, 2006 that is! I will probably settle in the Caribbean afterwards... so I won't have to do 8 hour flights every time I want to go to the Saw Grass Mills.
So, please e-mail me your latest address and phone number (my lawyer needs it ).
Thanks! ... J-D.

JD,a lot of excellent suggestions in these posts. I live in Alfaz del Pi, am no great shakes on the steel, but was a pro piano player for 50 years. I would be happy to do a keyboard harmony/chord demo chat session with you any time, if you think it would be useful, and you can get yourself down here, takes less than an hour on the motorway.
