Steel Player On This Song

I just picked up a tape entitled (20 Golden Country Waltzes) produced by CMH Records.
The Steel solo's on the song El Paso were just Great !!! Anyone know who the Steeler was on that cut?

Haven't heard the album but I know what a good Picker Mike is.
