Mr. Mooney I have to apoligize to ya, in high school I was giving Tom Brumley credit for your work. It wasn't until a few years later I learned it was you who did the work on those early Buck Owens' tunes. I'm now putting forth much effort to correct the error of my ways
Merry Christmas.
Oh, and by the way, thanks for "I'll go Back to Her"... It's a thing of beauty!!!
[This message was edited by Ray Minich on 26 November 2005 at 08:09 AM.]

Howdy Mr Mooney. I've always loved your playing. When I heard you play, that's one of the reasons I wanted to be a steel player. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas (Can we still say that?)Mr Mooney...You were the first steel player that I ever saw live and you made me a fan of this instrument and yourself...it was in the early 70's in San Jose CA.
You guys were opening for Charlie Rich...he didn't show and when you guys came out Waylon said that Charlie was too drunk to perform so we got to hear a whole lotta great steel...Thanx
