I find myself drawn to the steel part in Toby Keith's "Big Blue Note" and so would like to know who the steeler is what instrument he's playing. Those harmonics sure are sweet!

Paul Franklin. Playing a ....I forget what guitar he plays. Just kidding. A Franklin guitar.
I once saw Paul on TV doing some fingernail harmonics that were so incredibly clean & clear---it blew my mind because I was using the excuse for myself that they can't really be loud and clear so it was ok that mine were muddy & uneven.
