Every once in awhile ... someone I do a remag job for sends me a little "tip" ... besides donating to b0b and the Steel Guitar Forum.

CD's, vintage bottle of Rum, beer $ , etc. ... certainly not expected ...

But gratefully enjoyed ...

Well, this one gentleman ... who I did 2 pairs of 1.25" horseshoe magnets for ... sent me some home recordings ...

They "flat out" ... blew my socks off

Here's a taste ... from a jam at a private party ... recorded with a small cassette recorder placed near the amp ...

Guess Who ...

Thanks a-million Mr. H. ...

And Happy Halloween ... y'all !!!!!

That is the stuff. Anything this guy records, I want. Almost sounds at points like a clarinet or oboe; I dub this player "The Sweetness". Yeow. And what note separation!!!

And who says that the steel guitar does not have diversity?

Fantastic range of tones and sounds of that plank!

I haven't the slightest idea who that is Rick, but he sure can get with the program. Some parts even had a JB sound to them.
