I have a line on a rare and valuable mandolin, (A 1923 Gibson Lloyd Loar F-5) but it's in Italy, and I want somebopdy to check it out before I spend a lot of money on it.

Giorgio Rubino is over there. Depending on where the violin is.... He has some familiarity with guitars.
