Johnny Bush's new cd.
Got my copy of Johnny Bush's new cd, Green Snakes. It is awesome but I wasn't fortunate enough to get the bonus cd that was issued with some of them. I would love to get a copy of the bonus cd if someone here would share it with me. I would like to get a copy of it in cd format if I could.
Any response can be e-mailed to me directly at:
steelin1@mchsi.com
Thanks a lot.

The added bonus CD is Johnny, Willie, and Tom Morrell from 1962. I love it! Tommy Detamore, like Bruce Bouton a student of Buddy Charleton, was great on the CD. But what sent me into orbit was a guy I have not seen since 1976, Dennis Mathis, also of San Antonio. Denny blew me away on Johnny's CD as well as the TSGA this year! He also was inducted into the TSGA HOF!! Whatta player. The last time I saw him was at the Texas Star Inn off HWY 16 outside of San Antonio playing a red MSA. Buzz Evans said on his set at TSGA that Denny knocked him thru the "wall" 3 times during his set!!

^ Bumping this up because it deserves it! "Johnny Bush - Green Snakes" CD -TMG-LS-4008/ 1-800-962-5837 www.antonesrec.com Great vocals and great steel guitar playing(the other players did good too)!
Green Snakes - Rick Price - Steel Guitar
When Did You Stop Lovin' Me?
I Wish That I Could Fall In Love Today
The Next Voice You Hear
He Don't Deserve You
Rainbow In Daddy's Eyes
Glory Train(Holy Train)
Dicky Overbey - Steel Guitar
Drivin' Nails In My Coffin - Buddy Emmons Steel Guitar
Cheatin' Fire - Tommy Detamore - Steel Guitar
Nobody's Business(But My Own) - Denny Mathis - Steel Guitar
The Truth About You - Denny Mathis- Steel Guitar
You Don't Have To Be A Baby To Cry - Denny Mathis - Steel Guitar
The Pipeliner Blues - No Steel, but a great story told by Johnny Bush about Moon Mullican prior to kickoff of the song.
Dos Tacos - No Steel, but a great Tex-Mex style song!
This list is no way intended to slight the other fine musicians and their work on this recording. They all did a fine job! The "Real" way to cast a "Vote" for this kind of music is to order a copy of this CD.
