I posted this over on the electronics board, but it will have much better potential among the folks who actually still use the tone control!!!

What do you guys use for your fav pot value, taper and capacitor value for your best "wah" effect.

I tried a 1 meg pot, audio taper with a .05mfd cap with a pretty high output humbucker and it sounds decent. The humbucker does not have enough top end, but it will have to do. Most of the treble comes up about 4 so it is pretty easy to do the wah thing with the little finger.

Just wondering.

Hey Bill! I did it on one of mine, and the value of the cap I was told to use was .047. It works pretty well. I got that from one of the guys at Ack.
