I just ordered a CD from Kimmie Rhodes on the strenghth of one song I've had in my head and only just found out it was her.Anyway checking her web page shows a lot of top musicians are on her records including Jimmy Day.Surley these must be some of his last records ? As for Kimmie Rhodes , I can't say I've heard much of her but she does have a great voice.Looking forward to hearing the whole record.

Brendon, Jimmy's widow still lives in Buda Tx. or did the last time I talked with her, I am sure she has some of Jim's last recordings for sale. Jim Loessberg could tell you where to find them I'm sure and he is a forum member. I had a large collection of recordings that was recorded live on stage of Jimmy with my band in the 80's on cassette tape, but they were destroyed by a tornado last March, quite a loss for me because they had a lot of sentimental value and can never be replaced.
