I have a friend who is going to be in Hawaii for the next few weeks and I was hoping that one of our Hawaiian forumites could let me know where he could go to hear some real Hawaiian music. He is a guitar player that I work with in a jam band on Monday nights and he likes a lot of different styles of music. I think it would be cool for him to experience the real thing while he's there. Also, any info about local music stores would be greatly appreciated. He told me he was going to be spending most of his time on the island of Hawaii, but he might check out a few of the other islands too.
