Question for Franklin

Post by Fred Rushing »

Paul I have listened to your cut on your Christmas album on steelradio.com. of Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. Do you remember your recording setup amp and effect wise. I really love that tune and the way you played it. Thanks Fred Rushing Odin IL

Sorry, I'm not Mr. Franklin, but I think I can answer your question from the CD liner notes. I quote:

"Musical Equipment:
Franklin D-10, Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp, Mosvalve Power Amplifier, Studio Reverb, Peavey Nashville 400 Amplifier, and 2 Peavey Single 12" Black Widow Speaker Cabinets. No digital or analog effects were used on this CD. Pure Steel and Amplification."

There you have it. Again I apologoze for butting in.
