I caught the verily last part of it.
I can't wait to see both him and you in person on my nashville trip on the third week in Feb.
It's a trip I should have made years ago.
Jeff has been doing dates with Josh Turner as well.

I caught this as well. I loved the last song they did "Long Slow Kisses". It has a great classic country vibe. Jeff sounded great.
I also enjoyed the last little Wariner song using Tommy White. Great picking all around.

Thanks guys!!! You are all very kind. It is a humbling experience playing there with greats like my friends Tommy White, Steve Hinson & Jack Smith. Visiting is like old home days there. I had to fly in from Vegas after being with Josh Turner, which meant being up two days. But, worth every minute of it. So, I was a little blurred.
The guitar had a Sho-Bud pickup that Jerry Wallace just rewound and it was incredible. Webb amp settings courtesy Lloyd Green . Sincerely, Jeff Surratt |

I'd love to know those Webb settings, Jeff---Lloyd's (and your) take on a Webb would add tremendously to the knowledge base. |

Some have been asking about the Webb amp settings I used at the Opry. They are as follows as I got them from Lloyd himself.
sens. 5, vol. 5, treb. 2, mid 2 bass 2 rev. 4, tone 2 or yellow straight up
equalizer, right side
-2,-2,0,-1,+2
Your preference may be different, but the Sho-Bud guitar works best at these for us. The Webb is a very rich and full sounding amp. It's the first time I've really cut through after doing the TV spot many times. Thanks for the tip Lloyd. Jeff |

And when he's not playing with Josh Turner, dodging deicers on airport runways, or playing on the Opry, he's turning out beauties like this:
MANY more pictures to follow after 17Feb.

Jeff, or someone else who knows for sure, I have been confused by the -/+ numbers on the rotary knob of the Webb. My first thought is that you turn a knob counter clockwise for a negative number but it appears to me that the numbers to the left of zero are negative which means you turn the knob clockwise past zero for a negative number. Seems like a dumb question but I would like to know I am on the same page with everyone else.
