Hi, Just talked To Fran and she told me that her computer has been down for 3 weeks and is not taking orders over her web site anymore. If you have ordered from web site, she doesn't know about your order. She is taking orders by phone. What a delightful woman. We had a very pleasent chat yesterday. I noticed that some of the images on the Jeffran website are not showing up, and the sound clips can't be downloaded either.
