Does Jack Greene even have a band? I know he has done a few shows in the midwest and he used local musicians with charts etc. I know he prefers to use Doug Jernigan when he is in Nashville as I had a conversation with him a few years back on the subject.

I was under the impression that he had a band, at least thats what the promoter said.
If they expect us to back him it would be nice to know. Oh well I guess thats all part of the music "bidness".

I played for Jack Greene on a couple of club shows and one fair show last year. Our band, "Uptown Country" backed him for those shows. At that time he was without a steady band. Jack has quite a voice.
We all had a good time.
