Great track. That reminds me. I attend some workouts to music at my local YMCA. (Stuff like stationary bicycle -- "spinning") Well, I find that some of the instructors provide kinda lame music so every once in while I lend em a CD compilation of a bunch of steel music. In the past I've included this Junior Brown track plus a lot of other fast pace steel instrumentals. Really spices up the work outs !
