If you don’t know Brett Day, either in person or by the Forum, you are really missing the boat.
This young man has been an inspiration to me for the past 4 years and he continues to inspire everyone he comes in contact with.
Last Sunday, Brett performed in public with a “live” band for the first time. What a great day for the audience and the “greatest” of days for Brett.

Brett is living proof that NO disability should prevent you from conquering your dream. And with that, enough said.

Here’s a pic of Brett and myself (the old guy standing up) that is a true miricle.

Oh yes, thanks to Bill Cunningham for being my photographer.

This is good news, With so many of our steelers being sick and passing on to have some new blood coming along.
Congratulations Mr Ferguson on your Star Student.

Brett
Buddy Walker, Charles Reece and Myself are going to be disappointed if you don't play at our August Show

Bill, The picture is priceless. I see a young man with physical limitations but I see a man with such a big heart and desire to play the steel guitar. I also noticed Brett has a big smile on his face. He certainly was enjoying playing with the band. You guys and gals down there deserve a lot of credit for giving Brett the opportunity to play and sit in. I would love to see Brett play along beside Buddy Emmons. Brett must be a teriffic young man and his parents must be top notch as well.

Brett has a right guitar and T-shirt as well as right attitude for the job,so I`m glad to see him pickin`.And,yes,he also knows more about the steel guitar than many other players (probably including myself).
