Who dat steel player

In another post someone mentioned Kenny Chesney with no steel and it reminded me of
the NO shirt, No shoes song. It is an ok song
but the steel solo is really on target. Great
tone touch and a real island approach. Who
played this solo? I know this has probably been discussed before but I missed it.
