Nervous Breakdown is from the 1979 Jerry Reed album "Half & Half". He and Chip Young produced it. On the A side Jerry sings and on the B side he plays instrumental.
Nervous Breakdown is the only track with steel on.

I just went to iTunes and downloaded that tune. Wheeewwweeeeeee! It's playing as I type. Not only can I not play that fast, I can't type that fast either!!
