I'd like to offer you kind folks a very sincere THANK YOU for all these wonderful comments. I felt physically and mentally fatigued ay the undertaking of putting together this 5-song medley over this past weekend and one hour into the recording session I almost said forget about it, I'm just not up for it. Now, thanks to you folks, I'm very glad I did do it. You have managed to inspire me to try to do better each time. Again, I say thank you to all of you many times over, and have a wonderful holiday and new year. .. Jeff

Jeff...after much gnashing of teeth & wringing my wrists, I finally cleared out enough room on my puny 1 gig HD to hear your fantastic clip. WOW!
I am not worthy! I am not worthy!
Now I wish Santa would bring me a CD burner for my antique computer so I could listen to you through my stereo speakers.
Thanks pal! Merry & Happy Holidays

Just Outstanding! I'm not sure, but I think I heard a note on the 23rd fret that you didn't get to... seriously , great playing. Thanks.

Jeff: After a few hours trying to get this dang computer and mp3 players to act properly, I got it downloaded. But first time I hit it, for some reason; it played Wolverton Mountain by Curly Chalker from another thread.
From there I went to your Christmas Medley and to be perfectly truthful with you, I thought it was still Curly playing and I had to jump start my thinking to realize it was you playing. I suppose from an old, long time Chalker fan, that says it all. Those are some big shoes you have chosen to wear but I like them !!
And they fit you so well !!
Regards, Paul

Jeff,
Thanks for the heads up!!
Great work... Harmonization and improv are great!!!
However, like DVA, there was a slight intonation issue around the 23rd fret on measure 257 towards the end....
One day..... One day..........
Especially when I get another D-10 steel.

Jeff. From the clip I downloaded you have a wonderful grasp of scales on the c6th that shows me I need to practice more and more. Great touch. I only wish I could play half of those. I'd feel good about myself that's for sure. I would like to hear something that you have done with more music to it. I love jazz and could listen to it all day long. My trouble is where I live there are no jazz radio stations that I could listen to.
I look forward to hearing more from you. Keep it up.
